Sintec bronze filters are made of spherical granules that are bonded by the sintering process to provide a rigid porous structure which has an open pore structure of 30 to 50%. The tortuous fluid path enable particles finer than the nominal pore size to be trapped. Sintec offers 10 standard grades and can specifically tailor to customer requirements for filtration level, pore size and permeability.

Bronze filters can be made moulded in standard shapes like sheet, discs, tubes, cones, witches hats, plugs, tiles and special shapes.

Sintec normally stocks 10 standard grades of sheet in 450 x 300 x 3mm for ready dispatch.

Geo test discs are offered in a range of sizes from 10mm to 250mm diameter discs. Larger sizes and plates can be made.
